Cheyene Smythe – Owner

Cheyene has been dancing for over 17 years. Cheyene began dancing at the age of 3 doing ballet. She then went on to study jazz, hip hop and tap, this is where she found her love of dance. Cheyene’s talent has enabled her to perform all over Queensland in paid productions and eisteddfods. She has completed a full-time dance course at highly acclaimed Conroy Performing Arts College in 2010 which included instruction by industry recognised teachers such as Jet, Matt Lee, Nathan Wright, Michael Edge, Jasmine Meakin, Louis Pinto, Lucas Newland and many more.

Cheyene has taught dancing for 8 years. She has been working with children for just as long, as a teacher’s aide and as an educator in school aged care. Cheyene has worked with many children ranging in abilities, and understands the importance of promoting an inclusive environment.
